I grew up in Quetta, Balochistan — a city the world mostly knows from headlines, not from its people, its food, its mountains, or the warmth of its streets at dusk. I picked up a camera to counter that. Every film I make is an argument: that these places deserve to be seen on their own terms.
Alongside filmmaking, I build cultural AI tools — software that carries the logic of place, language, and memory. A flood relief campaign I directed reached 4 million in two months. A brand identity I built for a startup in Quetta became its face across the province. I care about work that moves people before it impresses them.
I'm currently in London, completing an MSc in Applied Machine Learning for Creatives at University of the Arts London. I am interested in what happens at the edge — where a film frame meets a model output, where a dataset holds a story, where technology becomes a way of remembering.
